Historically, we have focused on supporting leaders, managers, and employees in the workplace, giving them space and time to think. Over recent years, however, as the demand for coaches has increased and organisations see the value in their work, it has also been a pleasure to support more coaches who are either full time coaches or have coaching as part of their leadership remit. Coaches undertake such valuable work, that putting in place various programmes to support them has been rewarding.
We work with coaches from a broad range of cultures, backgrounds, and experience levels, from those just starting out to those wishing to reach the next level in their careers. We work with freelance coaches, coaches in organisations and leaders who are coaches as part of their role.

We offer three kinds of coaching development programmes: mentor coaching, coaching supervision and coaching. We run both individual and group coaching programmes, often over a six-month time frame, and group coaching can accommodate up to six delegates.
We work alongside a coach to help them understand their strengths and put in place goals to encourage them to grow as a coach. We use the ICF core competencies framework to guide our thinking on this. Our Lead Coach, Jackie, also offers and works on several group mentoring programmes.

Whilst some of the ICF/ ACC and PCC certifications require mentoring to be part of the learning process, our Head Coach Jackie also offers this in an ongoing capacity. We do often find, however, that there is a natural curiosity with coaches to continue to build on the knowledge to be able to better support the individuals they work with.
